Coconiminy is all about unique, fun, elegant, casual jewellery.
Each piece is handcrafted with love and care.
Due to the nature of being handmade, on occasions -but unlikely- there maybe some imperfections or fingerprints visible on your piece but it will not in any shape or form impact usability.
I always try to keep an eye out for these but this is the beauty of hand made products and not mass machine produced pieces.
Due to differences in monitor/phone sittings, colors may differ a bit from actual pieces.
As much as I'd like to be accurate with shipping times, please allow 2-5 business days for us to sort out orders and packaging.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON ORDERS?
If you make multiple orders please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and your subsequent order/s shipping will be refunded within 48 hours.
IS THE PRODUCT SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

Polymer clay is a strong material but it can be broken if bent or dropped especially thinner pieces are extra fragile.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we will NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on pieces.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BREAKAGE?
In the unfortunate event of breakage, please contact us immediately via email with a photo of the piece so that we can discuss a solution. To clarify further items that have not been cared for or stored correctly will not be refunded or replaced. We will also not replace or refund items without a proof of purchase and are more than 1 months old.
